These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.flac-media.com (the "Site"), operated by Flac Media LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Flac Media LLC offers digital marketing plans designed to help clients increase their visibility on social media platforms, reach a wider audience and grow their online presence. Example plans include—but are not limited to—“Starter Social Boost,” “Growth Accelerator,” and “Premium Influencer Package,” each delivered entirely online over a fixed period (e.g., 30 days).

• The Service is limited to providing strategic guidance, content suggestions, analytics tools and promotion across selected digital channels.2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Certain features require a merchant account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• Payments may be collected via Stripe Payments Inc. (USA).
• Where payments are processed through Stripe, you also agree to Stripe’s Connected Account Agreement and Stripe Services Agreement.
• Our fees and billing cycles are disclosed at checkout; by completing a purchase you authorise us to charge the quoted amount plus any applicable taxes.

You may request a refund within 48 hours of completing your payment and before the digital service is delivered. After this 48‑hour window—or once the ordered digital service has been fully provided—you waive any right to a refund, except in the following circumstance:

• Non‑delivery: If we fail to deliver the service within the agreed timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund upon written request.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method ( card) and processed within 10 business days after approval. To request a refund, email info@flac-media.com with your order number and reason for the request.

You agree not to:

1. Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law.
2. Infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of others.
3. Transmit viruses or malicious code.
4. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or networks.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms.

All content, trademarks and logos on the Site are the property of Flac Media LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.

The Site and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flac Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Flac Media LLC harmless from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (USA), without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
